Leadership Development

In alignment with the American Association of University Women’s national and state leadership goals, the Greater Rochester Area Branch’s program highlights strength-based leadership, self-awareness, advocacy, civic engagement, networking and career planning.

The program is targeted to professional women who are in the beginning stages of their career. Program attendees will benefit from the experience and skills of local leaders and professionals who are committed to providing sound leadership tenets that promote leadership development and goal attainment. The committee invites AAUW members to share their talents and expertise as a workshop facilitator.
